Rent is charged weekly. Delivery and installation, and removal at the end of your term, are quoted separately based on your location.

Questions
Is Basecamp only available in Tasmania?
Yes. Basecamp and the Breeze rental are only available for properties in Tasmania.
How long can I rent a Breeze?
Most people rent for 18–36 months while they design, finance and build their permanent home. Tell us your timeline and we'll work out a term that suits.
What happens when my house is finished?
You choose. Where your planning and building approvals allow it, you can buy the Breeze and keep it as a studio, guest house or rental. Otherwise we remove it at your cost, quoted based on your location.
How much does Basecamp cost?
Rent starts from $420 per week. Delivery and installation, and removal at the end of your term if you don't buy the Breeze, are quoted separately because they depend on where your block is and how easy it is to get to.
Do I need council approval?
Usually yes. Living in a temporary or secondary dwelling generally needs some form of approval, and every council is different. We'll help you understand what your council needs before anything is delivered.
What services does my block need?
A Breeze can connect to mains power, water and sewer, or run off-grid with solar, tank water and an on-site waste system. We'll check access and services during the site check.
